How to reach Pepe Pay today — and exactly which operator details are still missing, instead of placeholders.
Version 1.7
Operator details not published
Pepe Pay does not publish legal entity name, registered address, governing law and jurisdiction because they have not been verified. The service is operating without publishing them; this notice records the gap instead of filling it. They are deliberately not replaced with placeholders. Support is available through the Telegram bot and the app support conversation described on this site; the legal details above remain unpublished.

1. The channels that exist today
The Telegram bot is where accounts are created and where support questions are received. Card, wallet and team operations happen in the Mini App.
Already signed in? Open support inside the Mini App or use the desktop support chat. Write your question and read the administrator’s answer there; no personal Telegram conversation is needed. The chat supports Russian and English.
Published support channels:
Open the bot with the support link or send /support, then write your question as a text message in that chat. The team receives it in the support inbox and answers here or in the app; you do not need to contact a personal account.
2. What we can help with
- Signing in, or access to your own account.
- A deposit that has not appeared in your balance.
- A withdrawal request only where a payout route is available; external crypto payouts are unavailable in the current build, so a request is refused before it is created.
- Card status, limits and history as reported by the provider.
- A Teams card grant or invitation: what a member can see or use, adding or removing a member, revoking a card or invitation link, an invitation that expired or did not work, or access that remained after a change.
- Data access, correction or deletion requests — the privacy policy explains what is stored and what has to be retained.
- Questions about these policies, fees, or an unrecognised charge.
- A card management charge that could not be taken, or why a card or funding request is refused while a fee is unpaid.
- A request to end the paid management service, a pending exit, or a balance recorded as remaining on the issuer card after an exit. Ending the paid service is not a card block or close, Pepe Pay cannot return a card balance the provider has no operation to return, and there is no general self-service crypto payout of that residual. With the provider available in the current build, the exit can complete only if the request opts in to blocking the card.
- Abuse, fraud and security reports (see section 6).
3. What we cannot do
- Approve a card, raise a limit or reverse a provider decision. Approval, limits and card validity are the card provider’s decisions.
- Make a merchant, platform or card network accept a card, or force a refund that the network and provider have not returned.
- Unfreeze or close a card: the provider available in the current build supports blocking but has no unblock or close operation, so those actions are unavailable in the app.
- Send an external crypto payout: no payout route in the current build can send to an external address, so a withdrawal request is refused before it is created.
- Return a residual card balance automatically. Ending the paid service records it for operator follow-up and does not credit your wallet; there is no general self-service crypto payout of that residual.
- Recover crypto sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network, or in an unsupported asset.
4. Response times
No response-time guarantee is published, and the service is not staffed around the clock. Messages that need a person are queued for the operator. Support is available through the bot and the app conversation in section 1; there is no published mailbox or service-level commitment.
5. Operator details — unpublished
The table below shows which operator details remain unpublished while the service operates. None of them is replaced with a placeholder or an unverified entity or jurisdiction.
Scroll horizontally to see all columns.
| Item | Status |
|---|---|
| Legal entity name | Not published — not verified |
| Registered address | Not published — not verified |
| Governing law and jurisdiction | Not published — not verified |
| Support email or support URL | https://t.me/pepepayapp?start=support |
| Registration number | Not published — not every entity has one |
When these are verified, they are published here, in the site footer, and in the terms of service and privacy policy at the same time.
6. Abuse and security reports
Reports are welcome and good-faith reports will not be held against you. Include what you saw, when, and anything that identifies it (a Telegram username, a transaction hash, a card reference from your own account). Do not test an issue against another person’s account, and do not access data that is not yours.
Suspicious activity on your own account: freeze the affected card in the Mini App first, then report it. The provider available in the current build supports blocking a card but has no unblock operation, so treat a freeze as a block that the app cannot undo.
7. Updates to this page
This page is the single place where contact details are published. If a channel is not listed in section 1, it is not operated by Pepe Pay, and any look-alike channel found elsewhere should be treated as unofficial and reported.
